MSBOA Solo & Ensemble

Thank you for choosing me to be your accompanist!

I am BOOKED for District 4 Middle School Solo and Ensemble on Dec. 6 AND High School Solo and Ensemble on Feb 6th and 7th.

If you have not already confirmed with me about a specific event, please do so here BEFORE scheduling any rehearsals.

FAQs and INFO

Rehearsals

I recommend scheduling the 1st rehearsal about 3 weeks before the event and the final rehearsal within 10 days of the event. Rehearsals are held my house in Commerce Twp unless other arrangements are made. (Address provided upon scheduling.) If I am accompanying more than one student at your school, I may be able to come to your school for rehearsals.

Private instructors are welcome to attend rehearsals.

Music

​Please get your music to me as soon as possible! If you are having trouble obtaining the piano part for your piece, let me know – I may already have it or be able to get it for you. 

Music can be scanned and emailed to kateautrypiano@gmail.com (photos of the music are hard to read so scans are appreciated!) or dropped off at my house.

Payment

Payment is due at the second rehearsal. I accept cash, check, Venmo or Zelle.

Current Fees

Middle School: $65 (performance and two rehearsals)

High School District – Intermediate Repertoire: $75 (performance and two rehearsals)

High School District – Advanced Repertoire: $85 (performance and two rehearsals)

High School States – $50 for same solo as district (performance and one rehearsal); $85 for new solos (performance and two rehearsals)

Extra Rehearsals: $25/30-minutes

I offer a sliding scale if need be. Please don’t hesitate to ask!

There is a $20 cancellation fee for all events canceled by the soloist 48 hrs or less in advance. Payment is due for all rehearsals, even if the event is canceled by the soloist or the organizing body.
