Rehearsals
How many rehearsals should I schedule?
- Two rehearsals are included in my fee for new solos. Additional rehearsals can be scheduled at the rate of $25 per 30-minutes. (same solo state fee includes one rehearsal)
When should I schedule them?
- I recommend scheduling the 1st rehearsal ~ 3 weeks before the event and the final rehearsal ~ 1 week before.
- The sooner you can get them on my calendar, the better! If you don’t see a day or time that works for you, text or email me and we’ll figure something out.
Where are rehearsals held?
- At my house in Commerce Twp unless other arrangements are made. (Address provided upon scheduling.)
Music
When should I get my music to you?
- As soon as possible! If you are having trouble obtaining the piano part for your piece, please let me know – I may already have it or be able to get it for you
How can I get my music to you?
- scan and email it to kateautrypiano@gmail.com (photos of the music are hard to read so scans are appreciated!)
- drop off a physical copy at my house
- email a purchased digital copy to kateautrypiano@gmail.com
Payment
When is my payment due?
- At the second rehearsal.
How do I pay?
- I accept cash, check, Venmo or Zelle.
